So, I did something spur-of-the-moment over the weekend that I’ve never done before…
I entered a recipe contest. Where readers can vote for their favorite.
Eeek! What was I thinking? Anything remotely resembling a popularity contest I usually run screaming from because I don’t like failing (though who does?) and it always just seems weird to go ‘against’ others – especially in this case since food is so subjective. Like I said, it I just sorta signed up (they made it real easy!) and then was like, huh-oh…what did I just do? Ha!
SO, I’d like to ask you, sweet readers, to vote for my recipe – it’s one of our favorites:
I hope you have tried it – it’s really good with a great depth of flavor that comes from using dried and regular tomatoes – but even if you think you’d like to try it (’cause it does look good, doesn’t it?), you can vote for it! (Oh, you can find this recipe on An Oregon Cottage here if you’d like to pin this for later!)
What exactly is the contest? Here’s some information from BetterRecipes.com:
