    Free Christmas Countdown Printable

Let's start the countdown to Christmas with this free downloadable Christmas Countdown Printable! Use it as a part of your advent tradition, letting your children or grandchildren mark off the days. Or just use it as a part of your holiday decorations.

I try to add new things to the AOC VIP Subscriber Library at least monthly and sometimes more (and well, sometimes less, ha!). For the month of December, my graphic designer daughter created this sweet Christmas countdown printable for us. I love how it's a little modern - the trees remind me of 60s cartoons - and a little vintage from the font choice.

I think this would be a great addition to your advent tradition. When our kids were little, they each took turns doing something each day of Advent: choosing the mini stocking and reading the verse, opening a window on a chocolate advent, and anything else we had for them. I know they would've loved to mark off each day on a countdown calendar like this as one more step along Advent to Christmas Day. (Tip: for more holiday traditions we enjoyed, check out this master list of family traditions for all kinds of ideas for the holidays and throughout the year.)

This Christmas countdown printable would also look good as a part of your Christmas Decor for you or your friends and family to mark off as the days go by. I'm planning on clipping it to a vintage wood clipboard with a pen attached and leaning it against a wall with other decorations (be sure to follow me for more on how our Christmas decor plan turns out!).

    How to Print

I recommend printing this out in color on cardstock for the best results and then using a fun colored pen to mark the circles with an X - red would be traditional and purple would be my non-traditional choice.
