Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed, breaking up clumps as needed.
Transfer spice mix to small glass lidded containers for storage.

*Though both from palm trees, coconut sugar is made from coconut blossom nectar and palm sugar is made from the sap of date palm trees, so have slightly different flavors.**For a slightly different Thai flavor, substitute an equal amount of dried lemongrass for the lime peel, or even dried Kaffir lime leaves.
