Ingredients

chopped kale or kale-blend salad mix

large sweet onion
thinly sliced
1/2

dried cranberries
1/2
cup
Healthy Glazed Maple Sweetened Chili Pecans

crumbled feta cheese
1/4 to 1/3
cup
Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Instructions
Layer first four ingredients in a bowl or on a large platter.
Sprinkle half of the crumbled feta on top, drizzle with 1/4 cup of the dressing and toss it all together, being sure to coat all the kale. Add more dressing if needed.
Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese and serve.

*Or any vinaigrette of your choice.
