1900 Farmhouse

The story of our neglected old farmhouse which we found with no foundation (well, there were wood 2x4s on big rocks…) and all the original character “remuddled” out of it. Our goal? A firm foundation, a main floor primary bedroom, better use of the space, and as much character added back as we could through the use of salvaged doors and materials – and lots of wood. Three years later we moved in – and it is still a work in progress!
