25+ Handmade Gift Ideas for Kids and Teens

Handmade Gift Ideas for Kids and Teens

One of the areas it's easiest to go over budget, from my experience at least, is giving gifts to kids and teens. When children are little it's a bit easier to find cheaper things - but then they're all so cute! Clothes are cute to buy, but we know they'd love a toy, so we'll add that in...and all of a sudden, it's not so inexpensive.

Then kids get older and you think gift cards are the only answer (and sometimes they are), but you can't give a $5 gift card and $10 often seems too small, right? Yet that is our budget goal for kids at the holidays ($15 for birthdays). What to do?

If you're able to monetarily bless the kids in your lives with a great gift, that's terrific, but if not, here are some truly wonderful handmade gift ideas for kids and teens. I've continually been surprised at the response from my nieces and nephews to handmade gifts - most of the time they are truly loved since they are unique! Never assume, right?

Here's a few Kid-Teen Gift Ideas from AOC:
