Free Printable Monthly Calendar for 2026 & NEW 2025-26 Academic Calendar

Get organized with these free printable monthly calendars for 2026 with faded floral backgrounds – choose the January to December option or the new academic version from August 2025 to July 2026. I kept the floral theme from last year, but updated about half of the months with different florals, all in a faded palette. I again tried to keep the months seasonal with daffodils in March, roses in June, and asters in September.

Like in the past, I’ve kept the calendar style with enough space to write in with no extras to interfere (like the tiny calendars at the bottom that I’ve never used…) in a vertical format.

How to Use A Calendar Printable

You might be wondering about the ways you might be able to use these calendar pages.

Ways to Use Vertical Calendar Printables

Use With Clipboards:

Like I mentioned, my favorite tip is to attach a calendar page to a vintage (or reproduction) wooden clipboard (here’s a set of 3 reproduction clipboards for a good price).

Hanging three calendar pages on clipboards on a wall allows you to have a quarterly view of the year, where you will be able to see at a glance what is coming up, but isn’t as overwhelming as having all 12 months up.

Use With A Binder:

Putting all twelve pages into a binder is a classic option, of course, which is a good way to organize birthdays, events, projects, and school activities. You can find pretty binder options in An Oregon Cottage’s Amazon Shop.

Use With Magnets:

These printables also make great menus – just use a magnet to stick one to the fridge and fill in the days so everyone knows the answer to the “what’s for dinner” question.

I recommend using the best quality paper you can for this printable monthly calendar – even using a light cardstock would be a good choice if you plan to use them regularly or hang them on the refrigerator.

Once you get your email with the link to the monthly calendar, it’s as simple as clicking the link to the pdf file and downloading it to your computer.

Then use your computer’s program to print pdf files (or download Adobe Acrobat Reader) on a quality paper with a color printer (this is the printer I have along with the Instant Ink program which I love – it has saved me a ton of money!).
