    Top 13 Recipes of 2015

Thirteen real food, popular recipes of the year which include easy preserving techniques for fresh produce as well as tried-and-true family favorites.

How are you guys doing these last days before the new year? Making goals? Planning for the new year? (hand raised!)

If one of your goals is to save money, time, and/or eat healthier, then I'm hoping to help you on those goals, because they're always mine, too, though for me it's maintaining more than starting. But no matter where you are in your food journey, many of the tips and techniques are the same and so I'm going to be writing more on menu planning (even offering some downloadable plans based on our real food-real family meals!), eating real foods in moderation, and how to do it with our real life schedules.

And why am I talking about the coming year in my 2015 most popular recipes post? Because I was happy to see that many of the recipes are the same ones I use all the time in our family's menu planning - and are the healthy, real foods that I eat in moderation to maintain my weight loss! Although you'll find some ways to preserve food (vs."recipes") in this list, we use them, too, throughout the year in many of our meals. All of these are some of our family favorites and other than the two desserts (which are special occasion treats) are foods we eat regularly!
